For orders with Made to Order and Ready to Ship jewellery together, this willenter our chronological queue system of orders to be made,and dispatched together - in accordance with our estimated turnaround time. If the shipment is delayed due to other force majeure events, we will send an email to your inbox explaining the situation and contact you.
We use precious metals such as sterling silver, 9K+18K gold, or platinum. Except for some 18K gold-plated earrings, we do not offer gold plating (also known as "gold-plated silver").
We also use gemstones such as amber and agate.

Although strong, silver and gold is not indestructible so please care for your beautiful new items so youcan enjoy
Silver will scratch and dull over time, to bring back its sparkle we recommend buying a polishingcloth (link).
For a deeper clean, do not use a liquid silver cleaners as this will remove the oxidation (the darkenedelements). If your jewellery has become dirty, simply boil some water and use washing up liquid and anold toothbrush to clean it.
There can be a chemical reaction to silver from sweat, plus other external chemicals in lotions, soapsand chorine. Please remove your items before showering, exercising or swimming. Highly chlorinatedpools will instantly change the silver to black, if you forget and need your items to be polished pleasecontact us on sanze.storeofficial@gmail.com and we will advise you on the fee and lead time

We offer an 18-day return period if you receive a product that is damaged or broken. You can contact us directly for a return or exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs.
